Return Policy

IN STORE PURCHASES

We want you to love your Blossom purchase, but if you need to return your item, and your item meets the following requirements, we are happy to refund you in STORE CREDIT or you can exchange your item for something else you love!

 

EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT REQUIREMENTS 

Items must be returned within 10 calendar days of your purchase.

Items must be unworn with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse if the items shows signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.

All items, discounted at 15% or greater, are FINAL sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All accessories, jewelry, and seasonal items are FINAL sale. This includes: hats, headbands, sunglasses, and bags. 

Seasonal items include Game Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & Mardi Gras.

ONLINE PURCHASES

All online orders follow the same return policy as in store purchases. If you are not satisfied with your online order, and your item(s) meet our requirements we are happy to refund you in STORE CREDIT or you can exchange your item for something you love!

Items must be returned with in 10 calendar days of receiving your item.

You are required to pay shipping costs when returning your item. For shipped returns, please ship your items back to:

For damages, please email us at blossomoldgretna@gmail.com OR call/text us at 504-884-0737 within 48 hours of receiving your items.

If you don’t receive your package within 7 days kindly make us aware. If you make us aware within 7 days, we will take care of it for you! After 7 days, we are not held responsible!

All orders purchased online after 3:00PM on Friday, will be fulfilled on the following on Monday.

IN STORE PICK UPS

In store pickups are eligible for store credit OR exchange within 10 days FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, NOT THE DATE PICKED UP.

Purchases in store are held for 90 days and will be donated after the 90 day window, if they are not picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS.
