HOLIDAY POLICY
All gift purchases made between December 1, 2023 - December 24, 2023 are eligible for exchange only until January 5, 2024.
Items must be unworn with tags still attached.

All items, discounted at 15% or greater, are FINAL sale.

All accessories, jewelry, and seasonal items are FINAL sale. This includes: hats, headbands, sunglasses, and bags. 

IN STORE PURCHASES

We want you to love your Blossom purchase, but if you need to return your item, and your item meets the following requirements, we are happy to refund you in STORE CREDIT! 

Exchange or store credit requirements: 

Items must be returned (postmarked) within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. 

Items must be unworn with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse if the items shows signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Customers will be refunded in Blossom credit. You are required to pay shipping costs when returning the item. After your item is received, your credit will be applied to your account. 

If you don’t receive your package within 7 days kindly make us aware. If you make us aware within 7 days, we will take care of it for you! After 7 days, we are not held responsible!

IN STORE PICK UPS

IN STORE PICK UPS are eligible for exchanged within 7 DAYS from the DATE OF PURCHASE, NOT the date picked up.  Purchases in store are held for 30 DAYS and will be DONATED after the 30 day window, if they are not picked up.
